Staff were very helpful and friendly. Cracker barrel in the parking lot was very convenient. Breakfast was good at the hotel also. We noticed that several flight attendants use this hotel. Close to the airport. Shuttle was great.
I really appreciate the staff at the quality Inn here in Queen city Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina. The rooms were clean well organized. The beds were made beautifully. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating even more than usual. I really appreciate PJ and his staff thank you so much and they’re very convenient to the airport and the shuttle was very nice
This is very good if you want to stay near to Airport. They have a nice breakfast counter. Daniel was very good and well mannered. I being a first time US traveller, she maid me feel very comfortable. Thanks Daniel.
The news that a Shuttle bus was available to pick me up was awesome achievement. Also the location of the hotel was great because restaurants were open around it. The Customer service representative was amazing. The room was clean. and quiet.
Super close to the airport. Had an overnight layover and chose to stay here. Great price for the area, the rooms are a little dated and could use an overhaul but all in all it was a great stay. Customer service was great. Service was fast and efficient and they offer a shuttle to and from the airport which is great!!
I called to see about checking in a little early. They said I could and sent the free shuttle to pick us up at the airport. When we arrived at property, they had everything ready to go. We were checked into our room in under 2 minutes. Property is clean and appears to be well cared for. Room was clean. Decor is consistent with their rates. Nonetheless completely acceptable. Mattress was soft for my taste. My wife thought it was perfect. Good value. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
I am giving this hotel a 5 star review. I was looking for a cheap hotel near the airport for an overnight layover. We were only going to be in Charlotte for about 10 hours so didn’t want to pay a lot. It was near the airport, although a budget hotel, our room was clean and tidy. I liked that the floors were laminate wood, not carpet which helped with making it feel fresh and clean. If you are looking for a posh vacation hotel this is not it, but it fit the bill for our needs and I was pleasantly surprised.
Rooms were nice. A little painting chipping but I enjoyed my stay overall. Front desk was helpful and the breakfast crew was nice!
